The basic price includes 7 people. The ground floor (with kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, balcony), the upper floor (2 master bedrooms with double bed and 1 children's room with a bunk bed and 2 sleeping possibilities) and the attic (1 single bed) are made available to the guests for their sole use .

For 8 to 10 guests we open the top floor with a double bed and separate bathroom. The top floor offers guests a double bed (160cm) with a TV, a fridge, a coffee maker, a dining table for 3 people, a bathroom, and a washing machine. For more than 11 people, the mass impact can be rented. In this room there is an additional room, which can be used either as a single room (1 bed) or as a "mass" (4 mattresses).

There are a total of 3 parking spaces in front of the entrance. Additional parking spaces are available approx. 50m in Lehni-Rank as free parking spaces.

There is also an apartment in the basement. This is rented separately via Airbnb and is not included in the scope of services of the chalet. This 2.5 room apartment has 1 parking space available.

Access for guests

Access information will be provided to guests shortly before arrival. Either the cleaning service is on site and makes a handover or the badge is deposited in a key box.

Other important information

Outside there is a large table for 8 people and a parasol for the warm days. There is a gas grill right next to the house.
